Yes. Every therapist is trained in certain areas. These are called their “scope of practice”. In order to provide the best care for clients, each therapist has a yes and no section on their page. The practice does not do:
Neuro-psychological evaluations
Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for schools.
Any Forensic (court) services / court-ordered therapy
Psychiatry (medication)
Letters related to custody, medical likelihood of recovery, and/or cause of condition
Emotional support pet letters
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Domestic Abuse (DA), Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), and Coercive Control (CC)
Please seek crisis or specialized services. Sometimes people don’t realize they are involved in abusive relationships. It may come out after you have started therapy. We will likely refer you to a social worker who can help you navigate various systems.

No pets are allowed in the office, if we meet in-person. When meeting via Zoom, we ask pets to only come if they don’t cause distraction.

If you cancel an appointment with less then a 48 hour notice or fail to show up, you will be charged $40/hour for the appointment regardless of reason.

No. We specialize in Structural Family Therapy Theory & utilize other models. Each treatment plan is tailored to the client. Play is typically used when working with children, but, adults can also play! This approach takes the perspective of looking at individual suffering in a social setting.

I require a credit or debit card on file in order to schedule sessions. Your card on file will be charged automatically for your portion of your session fee. The session fee is due at time of service.
I am In Network with Aetna, Molina, and Medicare.

You will receive an invoice for your appointment. You can pay the invoice online using a credit card or debit card.
Insurance does not pay for Mediation.

How many outpatient psychotherapy sessions am I allotted in my plan?
What are my out-of-network benefits for seeing a Marriage and Family Therapist using CPT/billing codes 90791, 90837, and/or 90847?

Am I limited to a dollar amount per year that will be covered?

Individual Therapy
$210 per 50 minute session

Individual therapy supports children, teens, or adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with big emotions. It provides a space to build confidence, learn coping skills, and make sense of what’s happening in their world.
We are In-Network with Aetna, Molina, and Medicare.

Family Therapy
$210 per 50 minute session

Family therapy helps parents and children who are stuck in stressful patterns like arguing, anger outbursts, or emotional distance. Together, we focus on building emotional safety, clearer roles, and stronger relationships at home.

You’ll get:

Divorce Mediation
$250 per 60 minutes
often in 90 minute or 120 minute sessions
Divorce mediation supports parents who want to create a clear, workable plan for two homes without going to court. We focus on a child-centered approach to divorce. This allows for practical decisions, respectful communication, and arrangements that support your families stability and well-being.
You’ll get:
✔ A neutral, structured process for decision-making
✔ Help creating parenting plan worksheets (that lawyers use to draft legal document)
✔ Clear communication around finances and logistics
✔ A child-focused approach to separation
✔ A communication style you can move forward with
